@PLB Have you submitted your Redirect class fix? I may have missed that one.

Redirect::to definitely solves the bulk of the headers already sent errors, but hasn't necessarily been implemented consistently.

Personally, I think a lot of where people redirect should be stored in the db to make changing it easier.
