This page will be a little rough while the admin panel is being developed, but this is where you will do some of the major backend development on the system.

I just created a flag that turns recaptcha on and off, which is nice. It's off by default since it's easily in the top two of issues new users face.

I also just added a flag that puts the site offline. It kills any page that you create on the frontend plus the user_settings.php and the account.php pages. I don't want to kill the backend pages, so admins can still login and use all the other features.
