SMTP via Mandrill - bucksuper - 10-11-2018 I'm having trouble sending test email using mandrill. I've set isSMTP to Yes.  The error I get is:  "2018-10-11 21:38:26 SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111) SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting" Have you seen users configuring Mandrill succesfully?
