Align Left Navigation - lordtyla - 11-15-2018

Any way to align navigation buttons to the left? I'd like the settings dropdown to remain on the right hand side but links such as Home, Forums, should be on the left. It isn't an option on the Menu Manager and editing core files doesn't seem to do anything at all?
