Give a general description of the problem. 2. If you know the cause, say that too! 3. Tell us what version of UserSpice you're using. 4. If applicable, tell us what kind of server you're on. 5. If you don't know some of this info, at least try to give us step by step directions on how to recreate the issue you had.
