Is that the one from the 4.2.5 update you pushed? If so, the only issue I am facing is the one I reported, missing a closing bracket on the else on line 217, you need

I was still having problems changing passwords on that version, so this would be 4.2.6

Great! That worked! I was only testing the admin side password change, sorry about that. I did confirm the file in 4.2.5 is not working, however the 4.2.6 fix you posted above did replicate the issue.

I tried your pastebin, but am still getting that error...

Also I cannot find the setting to update the password...
