ive already done this and is fantastic, running us 4.2.6, not as simple as copying over current install tho, there loads of markup that needs changing and adding, loads of jquery plugins etc, manual upgrading is a must too.

i have used the themes charts for display google analytics on the dashboard, us messaging is integrated, settings have been seperated into their own logical menu's etc,
will put up some screen shots soon.
