CRON JOBS refresh button not working fine

Hi there,
Is there anyone with issues when try to REFRESH CRON JOBS ?
When I try that, site bring me to no where ( http://localhost/demo2/users/cron/cron.p...anager.php ).
Just to clarify, I filled out my IP on 'site-Settings' and I'm trying to use the normal backup that comes with the package, and is with 'active' status.

Does it appear to be loading when you actually click the refresh button? Note the Cron Job system while it works, can be finicky and where we made some security patches recently, I am not sure of the stability. Your System Logs are shining no aid to this issue?
