I've tried to create a menu item which uses character "ő" and the result is "?".
I did a change in the MySQL Admin from "?" to the requested character's HTML Entity (Decimal) code and the result is fine, but if a solution is easier than mine I would be grateful to read!

It is actually- I think its because of the encoding during sanitization-I think I just need to decode it on the output.

And even if it's not a bug, you can report it on the Bugs site. That is where we track everything, new features, improvements, requests, etc.
