This will replace your custom_functions.php as you need the random string value I made to protect multi-uploads of the same file.
This has:
-Add function
-Edit function
-Blog
--View
-Admin Blog
Your SQL:

You will need to add these files via your System Pages link (/users/admin_pages.php) and select the appropriate permission levels.
If you need delete access, you will need to add this. I would recommend doing so in the edit file (you can somewhat copy the function from admin_user.php).
I wanted to get this to you quickly so this is pretty quick and dirty.
