What is returned if if Db->update fails?

Thnks for this great system - progressing well.
If I try a db->update statement and the update fails - what is returned to indicate that?

So you can capture the errors to a variable or if you're building you can just go ahead and dump them or dnd them. Right after a query you can do.

dnd($db->errorInfo());
or
dnd($db->error());
