Australian Timezones in installer (v4.3.25)

Hi There,

I started the install process and i noticed there were no Australian timezones.

So i simply added:

'Australia' => DateTimeZone::AUSTRALIA

to the $regions array in step2.php

Is there anything else this could break? i made a user account and the join date and time appear correct without any errors
