By the way, I'm working on going through the SB-admin css files and some of the code itself to fix places where the template was overriding the boostrap colors. For instance, in the admin panel the panels were given classes of panel-green and panel-yellow instead of panel-success and panel-warning. It will take a bit of coding, but this will allow users to get the full effect of their theme choices.
Another fun resource for CSS is http://www.lavishbootstrap.com/. Give it a link to a picture and it gives you a Bootstrap CSS file that matches the color scheme. I think we're going to be able to do some cool stuff with this and it is good for me to have to stick to standards.
