From the looks of it, the settings should be
SMTP Server:
smtp.1and1.com

SMTP Port:
465

Email Login/Username:
youraddress@yourdomain.com

Email Password:
••••••••

From Name (For Sent Emails):
Your Name

From Email (For Sent Emails):
youraddress@yourdomain.com
