Thanks for the reply.
I have the following installation folder
/opt/lampp/htdocs/userspice/

And the Backup directory is:
/opt/lampp/htdocs/userspice/bcp

Then in UserSpice, I set the backup directory to /opt/lampp/htdocs/userspice/bcp
But I still get the above errors.
