Any way to disable bios?

As far as the reintroduce functionality you're trying to remove, that's kind of the point of the usersc folder. In general, you're forking that file at the point you copy it to usersc and it really doesn't matter what we update after that.

It's kind of funny because bios were an oft-requested feature in the early days and when they were introduced (pre usersc days), it was just sort of "this is how you could add this sort of feature yourself." But then it became a core feature. We're backpedaling on that sort of thing a little bit.
