Chris here. Just learning UserSpice and so far finding it fairly easy to pick up, compared to say Larval or other products.

I was curious is there an "official" chat system (irc / Slack/ etc) for this product?

We don't have anything official...just the forums for outside of your product and the built in messaging system inside userspice.

Mudmin, maybe we should open a group chat on Discord or something? We could keep in touch easier and maybe de-clutter the forms some with our chats! LOL

I second the idea. Would also help with getting 'live' support :) though yesterday wasn't bad.

We are usually pretty quick for responding - I'm thinking of it more on a development/chat kind of view. I would prefer support to be handled through the forms to have the resources on hand when other issues may encounter the same problem.
