Can't create user manually

Hello,

I want to make it possible for an admin to manually add new users in the user management. But when i click "manually add user" the modal shows up is deactivated and I don't know why! Could you please help me?!

The entire form is deactivated? Can you send a screenshot please?

Have you made any modifications to the admin_users page? Is there any possible Javascript that is causing this from a global JS file you made?

I didn't made any global JS file or any other changes in JS. I've noticed, that all of the Modals are disabled. How could this be?

To me it would mean something is conflicting somewhere. The only place I know of that we have built in disabling is admin_user.php which is not the page you are on. I would reinstall UserSpice and check if it happens again.
