DB driven menu

Hi,

Why is the users/includes/database-navigation.php poluted with make up of the userspice framework/layout?

Due to the logo and navigation toggle it cannot be used elsewhere. 

Is it possible to clean this up?

The navigation is "polluted" just as well. The DB nav was built off the file nav-just made it so items pull from the DB instead.
