Just fixed that validate class bug that prevented login. Thanks for that guys.

These final files will fix the force_pr feature that when I did my last export apparently didn't work!

BTW, I tested everything, including:
-messaging system
-permission_restrictions
-force_user_pr
-force_pr
-dev_user in users
-protected in users
-auto-assign usernames

All functions work great!
