- Hardening — SSH lockdown, firewall, automatic security updates, sane file permissions.
- UserSpice install & tuning — including reverse-proxy setup so rate limiting sees real client IPs.
- Backups — offsite, encrypted, tested. Nothing is a backup until you have restored from it.
- Monitoring & alerts — uptime, disk, memory, certificate expiry, MySQL replication lag.
- Patch & maintenance schedule — boring, predictable, on a calendar.

What we will not do
Run a 24/7 NOC on the cheap. Real on-call costs real money — if you need pager-duty-style coverage we will tell you up front and quote it honestly. For everything below that bar, our retainer model works well.
