I put / because it said on the setup page if I put the user spice folder in the root document that is what it asked for but I was getting path errors at first and when I put the correct path in I got the Cookie class error. I did as u suggested and got the path errors back I went back in and corrected the paths again and it seems to work now thank you very much for your help.

Yeah. Server configurations are all different, so that's one of those things we're looking for the best way to explain. I'm glad it worked. Let us know if we can help in any other way.
